What We Require
If you are working (full time):
- Employer reference
- Bank statements & 3 months worth of payslips
- Previous Landlord reference
- Professional character reference
- 1 months rent in advance
- 5 weeks rent as a deposit
- 1 week`s rent as a holding deposit (refundable)*
If you are receiving Housing Benefit/DSS:
- Home Owner Guarantor (someone who owns their own home in the UK)
- Bank statements
- Previous Landlord reference
- 2 Professional character references
- 6 weeks rent in advance
- 5 weeks rent as a deposit
- 1 week`s rent as a holding deposit (refundable)*
*The holding deposit is refundable providing all references have been completed and tenancy agreed within 15 days. The holding deposit will not be refunded if an applicant fails to take all reasonable steps to enter an agreement such as provide incorrect or false information or if he/she fails right to rent check.
NOTE – ALL MONIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND REFERENCES COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR TENANCY
